Add your Custom Text and/or Photo. These are metal ornaments and the images are high quality vibrant images. There is no fading like what may be seen on some ceramic ornaments.

Your choice of a long or short, Silver or Gold String to hang ornament and a Free gift box included (gift box color will vary per order).

Each ornament is designed, printed and handmade by us in our home shop. We ensure quality is at its best for each and every order, if it does not meet our quality check, it will not ship and we will re-make the item.

HOW TO ORDER:
Choose your string type to hang ornament, either Gold or Silver, long or short.

Personalization Box:
Describe what you want on each side, for example Side 1: Photo with Name Text, Side 2: Custom message written out

1. For Photos- Upload photo in Etsy Messages, it is best practice for any group photos that the group be very close together or else some of the image will be cut off. Ensure photo's are not fuzzy, blurry or have bad resolution. If it looks bad to you, it will print bad.

2. Text- Write your message exactly how you want it to appear on the ornament. I will space out the lines accordingly. If you have a certain font style in mind, please let us know, otherwise we will choose what fits the design of the ornament.

You will be sent a proof of the ornament for approval, once approved we will make your ornament and ship out asap. You must approve the proof prior to production. Please check your messages frequently to avoid any delays in production.

*Each ornament customization needs to be added to cart one at a time before proceeding with a 2nd ornament order. Choose the dropdown options and enter your info into the personalization box, add to cart, then continue shopping to repeat process and add a 2nd ornament to your cart.

SHIPPING:
We are shipping asap, usually the next day or two dependent on number of orders. All ornaments are shipped via USPS Ground, USPS Priority is available at checkout. Standard shipping is 2-5 days, USPS Priority is 1-3 days. We cannot control how many days it will take for you to receive the package, it is dependent on the USPS and where your address is located. Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for when it arrives. Each shipment will contain a tracking number.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Customer service regarding Etsy orders is done entirely through Etsy messaging system. Messages sent elsewhere will not be answered.
Please update your notifications to ensure you receive timely messages, we are not responsible for the delay of an order if we've tried to reach out without a timely response from you.
